Returns & Exchange
At Dante, we aim to provide the best experience to our valuable customers by offering easy Refund and Exchange Policies.
- Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery or purchase. Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged products or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered). In all other cases, exchange can be done.
- In case of exchange, contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that the product must be unused and unaltered with the price label intact along with the purchase receipt.
- Returns and Exchange are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer.
- Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
- Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. Exchange or refund of any product(s) will take place, if the product(s) received has any manufacturing defect.
- If any product purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked down price.
We require product images and tags in the below mentioned cases to process the exchange or refund:
- Defective product received – Only product image required.
- Wrong product received – Both product & Tag images required.
- Wrong size received - Both product & Tag images required.
- Product different from website/does not look the same - Only product image required.
- Incomplete order received – Only Tag image is required.
We will initiate your exchange/refund within two business days of receiving the request.
